The Greater Golden Horseshoe and surrounding areas will be busier than normal during the Games, especially during rush-hour periods. The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is partnering with the City of Toronto and other municipalities in an Off-Peak Deliveries (OPD) Pilot to help reduce transportation demand at peak hours during the Games.
