Brian St. Louis is Senior Manager, Government Relations for Bimbo Canada. In this position he leads government relations for Canada’s leading maker and distributor of packaged fresh bread and bakery products.

Brian recently joined Bimbo Canada after spending 15 years in business and the political side of Government. Since starting his career working for a Canadian Senator, he then spent time on the House of Commons side, supporting a Member of Parliament in his work, including as Chair of the International Trade Committee and Congressional Liaison to the United States. The passion for business developed in this role brought him to the private sector where he led government affairs for a Canadian mining development company focused on advanced and critical materials. After a foray into politics as a Candidate in the 2019 Federal Election, Brian returned to business as a Director of Government Affairs in the telecommunications sector.

 Brian has a BA (Hons) in Political Studies, with minors in Public Administration and History, from Bishop’s University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Program Evaluation, from Carleton University. He is bilingual and lives in Ottawa with his wife and two kids.
