Laura Fineberg is the Vice President, Human Resources at Give and Go Prepared Foods Corp., part of the Ventures group within Mondelēz International.

In this role, she holds responsibility for building the strategic Human Resources and Health, Safety and Environment agendas, in the achievement of a positive working culture and the enablement of the long-term company vision.

Prior to joining Give and Go, Laura spent 10 years within Arla Foods Inc., a FMCPG dairy company, and 11 years with Magna International in progressively more responsible HR roles, rounding out her knowledge within the HR function. Laura has a passion for the manufacturing industry, and business partnering, to facilitate leader growth and organizational engagement.

Laura holds a Masters of Industrial Relations Degree from the University of Toronto, an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from York University, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
