Lance MacLean is Managing Director of Canada for Ingredion, a leading global ingredients solutions company. Ingredion is a manufacturer of sweeteners, starches, nutritional ingredients and biomaterials that are used in products from food and beverages, to paper and pharmaceuticals. Ingredion is the only corn wet miller in Canada, with a history of over 160 years working with local growers.

Lance’s experience at Ingredion spans more than 25 years in various roles, including National Accounts before moving into a director role in which he currently oversees all sweeteners in Canada, as well as Brewing and Distribution in the US
