Food and Beverage Ontario’s workforce development program CareersNOW! is delivering FREE virtual jobs fairs in 2022 to support employers with their recruitment strategies.
We know how challenging recruitment has been recently — especially in production, general labourer positions, skilled trades and quality assurance — and our job fairs have been designed to help.
Each job fair will include multiple businesses from across Ontario’s food and beverage processing industry and companies are welcome to join one, or all, of the events. Employers and HR leads simply participate with jobseekers, via messenger or video chat, that have been engaged through the CareersNOW! outreach campaigns — Taste Your Future and Frontline Food Facts. Where there is a good fit, employers can follow up directly with a potential new hire for subsequent interviews and facility visits.

Please note: Ontario companies acknowledge and agree to fulfill its responsibilities as an employer participant in the CareersNOW! Virtual Job Fair. Each company shall provide feedback on the Job Fair when requested to do so from time to time, including informing Food and Beverage Ontario of the number of employees hired as a result of the Job Fair.
